“This was an emergency stay as my flight got nine too late for me to pick up my rental car. The staff were outstanding, breakfast was really lovely. Excellent value for money!”

“The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.”

“Staff very friendly. Security good. You have to have a room key even to use the lift. Very good. Reception organised a Taxi for me. Request a quote and even asked for the taxi drivers name . The taxi arrived he introduced himself with his name so everything married up. The Reception said they always do this for clients especially if you are travelling alone.”

“My wife accidentally left her watch in our room during checkout, and we didn’t realize it until we were already on our way home. I called the front desk, and the receptionist was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made sure the watch was safely arranged to be sent back to us in the USA. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you for taking such good care of us.”
